So I deposited to Slots Plus and made it through play thru with a balance of about $2500. At this point the locks had been removed on the approx 8 progressive jackpot games I was unable to play until play thru was reached. I then attempted to play these now unlocked games and could not, got error messages "unable to connect to server" but was still able to play the regular games.

I contacted live support only to be told that they had temporarily shut them down and did not know when they would re-open for play. I was pretty stunned since , well, kind of deceptive to show those games on their play screens, show them locked until play thru was made, showed them unlocked after play thru, all the while making a player believe they would be able to play soon.

And then NO, can't play. It also made me think they did not have the funds to pay the jackpots so they just shut them down. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this here? or what this actually means? Also does anyone know of a US Casino that has these games that is reputable?

Hey masskat, Slots Plus is an RTG powered casino and that means most of the Reel Series video slots have some kind of progressive jackpot (local one I think) and couple of network wide jackpot slots.

On the instant play (non download) version I was able to find only 2 slots in progressive category and I successfully loaded Megasaur. Could you please try instant play if you didn't do it so far and let us know if any of them work for you. If not, we will contact their rep.

Regarding other RTG casinos of choice, you will not go wrong with Casino Extreme for example. Uptown Aces is also a good casino. There are possibly others as well, but I mainly stick to these.

My main concern with this group wouldn't be their progressive slots. It would be how long is it going to take them to pay me. They are really bad about paying in a timely manner.

Hey, how long have you been playing Slots Plus.

I used to play the affiliate Vegas Casino Online, but, eventually gave up playing there because their withdrawal speed was too slot like 4~6 weeks or more.

There should be dozens of decent casinos for US players. Among RTG, I think that Slotocash and UptownAces are good.

They paid out all the withdrawals, though.

I usually don't play RTG Progressives, because my balance just keep going down very fast :)

Just wait a little more, and be patient

I tried the downloaded version and instant play and neither let me play the progressives. The point of my post was more that they allow for a deposit, let you believe that you just have to make play thru to have the progressives unlocked, unlock them when you finally do make play thru and then tell me that they have shut them down temporarily and do not know when they will be back up..very shady in my opinion.

That last info came from live chat. I emailed support and never got a response. I looked in the rep area to see if SlotsPlus had a rep and did not see one which is why I posted my comment so yes if there is a rep I would like an answer on this. I would never play there again after having this experience.

That's not a good sign that they removed progressive slots and they are known for slow paying. I would be very caution playing there. In fact I would make a withdrawal ASAP and move on.

We've heard from the casino. Please have a look at what he said:

We are having RTG updates for last few days that is going to continue for month of March. I am hoping to have all progressive games go live around 2nd week of April. That is across all of our casinos and for all players.

So, you just need to be more patient and the progressive games will be available soon.

appreciate your efforts to get an answer for me. I still think it is shady that they don't tell you this before you deposit and lead one to believe you are able to play them once you make playthrough- If they aren't working then they should keep the locks on them so you don't see them all of a sudden unlock and think you can play them, but we are talking about casinos who are not typically transparent in what they do.

Again..thanks for the response
